Exposure to Craniosacral Therapy
In 2012, when my daughter had a strange crawling technique, I collaborated with a Physical Therapist who said she’d help her. After 5 minutes of the PT using Cranio-sacral therapy techniques, my daughter crawled normally. I took an introductory 6 hour course soon after, and several 4 day courses since 2018.
Cranio-sacral, meaning head to tail, therapy is a light, non-invasive manual therapy improving the facial fabric of our body to align.
Exposure to Lymphedema Therapy
In 2005, my employer sent me to a 3.5 day training for Lymphedema treatments. I was skeptic of such a light technique draining the lymphatic system of the body. Once I started treating people with swelling after falls, surgeries, and “true” lymphedema of a limb and noticed the results, I returned for additional training. I’ve been a Certified Lymphedema Therapist since April 2006 because of those initial patients and have countless success stories of people with increased mobility, fitting into their normal size shoes and clothes, and of the relief that comes when swelling is reduced.
“Lymphatic drainage” is a non-invasive manual therapy supporting the trash collector and disposer of the human body, the lymphatic system. This is similar to the garbage trucks removing the trash from our houses to the landfills.

Why Craniosacral therapy and Lymphatic drainage?
Through applying Cranio-sacral and lymphatic therapies to my own body, I’m healing through including postpartum complications, a face-plant over-the-handlebars bicycle accident, torn calf muscle, and many more. My children and husband have benefited from Cranio-sacral therapy which addressed bumps and bruises, difficulty breathing, bowel and bladder issues, shoulder pain, and birth complications.
The addition of “Cranio-Sacral therapy” and “lymphatic drainage” creates diversity in my Occupational Therapy treatments. One patient, after a craniosacral treatment session stated, “It’s like someone is finally listening to my body and allowing it to heal through my experiences.”
Sessions address your physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental experiences in life.
I have used Craniosacral and Lymphatic treatment at least a thousand times. In the first quarter of 2026 alone, I’ve facilitated 364 sessions, an average of 91 sessions per month.
You, too can have access to healing!
